– All participants with approved submissions must have their registration and payment completed by 16th May 2024.
– The registration platform issues an invoice with the participant’s entered data upon payment of the respective fee. Please carefully verify your details, especially the NIF (or the tax identification number from your country) to be included.
– New invoices will not be issued due to incorrect data entry. In the event of non-participation in the Conference, the registration fee will not be refunded.
– It is not possible to change registration from on-site to online or vice versa.
